Once I started building my business, I realized I had even deeper work to do because I would fall into bouts of overwhelm and anxiety that would result in days or weeks of procrastination. As a consequence, it would cause me to be inconsistent in how I showed up as well as the income I generated.
I didn't understand why I had so much resistance to something I loved and was good at.
What I didn't understand at the time was that I was stuck in a trauma freeze response to keep me safe from any change.
In fact, I had been living most of my life in a dissociated freeze
response. It was how I kept myself safe. And even though I tried to remedy this with just subconscious work, I felt I had to work deeper.
Everything took off in my business (money, clients, impact & more!) when I learned about the nervous system and how to create peace and safety in expansion.
THIS is the missing piece of the puzzle because your nervous system literally controls your level of anxiety, overwhelm, and overthinking, so it's important to know how to expand its window of capacity.
